Using a ATI All In Wonder x1900, Everything before KMS kicks in, everything is wonderful (Correct colors, nothing off screen.). Once KSM kicks in, pink lines appear across the screen, there is screen above and below what is displayed, and If I start Xorg, It's impossible to tell what anything is.
My TV is NTSC, and I have tried every mode xrandr gives out by default, as well as xrandr --output S-video --set "tv standard" ntsc (which doesn't seem to do anything)
Any thoughts?

This is how I have gotten it so far: http://imgur.com/a/omlgS The bottom most picture is what it should be displaying, the top 3 being pictures being what it is displaying.
I got that far with this: xrandr --output S-video --mode 800x600 --crtc 0 --set "tv standard" ntsc
I don't know what is wrong, or why its doing this. Any help or advice would be welcome.
