Fail to boot, vgarray not found

hi,

my setup is:
5 hard drives, some partitions in raid 1 (boot partition), the rest in raid5, all running lvm. Lvm has RaidBootArray and RaidRootArray.

yesterday I upgraded my pc, and this morning when i restarted it, RaidRootArray is not found. If i do 'vgscan --mknodes -v' i just get RaidBootArray, where before i got both.

I have no idea what to do. please help, and please tell me what logs i should insert here, because i'm kind of a noob.
