[SOLVED] GDM / Gnome 3.6 - nothing being sent to ~/.xsession-errors

Subject line pretty much says it all.. according to /etc/gdm/Xsession this should be done in the GDM daemon, but clearing the ~/.xsession-errors and logging in a few times shows no change.

$ ls -l ~/.xsession-errors
-rw------- 1 dmotd dmotd 0 Nov  6 16:40 .xsession-errors

I'm running systemd-sysvcompat and GDM is enabled on startup.

Re: [SOLVED] GDM / Gnome 3.6 - nothing being sent to ~/.xsession-errors

I'm having the same problem. According to /etc/gdm/PreSession/Default, it should already be sent to .xsession-errors. But there is no mention of .xsession-errors in /etc/gdm/Init/Default. So I guess it's something that is missing in /etc/gdm/Init/Default.

It uses ~/.cache/gdm/session.log as far as I know.
