xbmc-rbp-git - applying patches and building changes only

Hi guys.

I'm using this PKGBUILD to build xbmc on my Raspberry Pi and I have a few questions.

- If I had already built package, on the next makepkg -sf I get this:

==> Starting build()...
  -> Connecting to GIT server...
Already up-to-date.
  -> The local files are updated.
  -> GIT checkout done or server timeout.
patching file configure.in
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] n
Apply anyway? [n] n
Skipping patch.
2 out of 2 hunks ignored -- saving rejects to file configure.in.rej
patching file lib/libsquish/Makefile.in
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] n

1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file lib/libsquish/Makefile.in.rej
patching file tools/TexturePacker/Makefile.in

Apply anyway? [n] n

1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file tools/TexturePacker/Makefile.in.rej
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().

How can I tell it not to patch already patched source?

- On makepkg -sf, pkg dir gets removed. Is there any way to build only changes made since the last build?
For example, first build of Cyanogenmod on my PC takes around two hours, but other builds take 10 to 15 minutes.

Thanks.

EDIT: I'm sorry if I should have had posted this in Creating & Modifying Packages.
