Problem playing videos

Hello and sorry for my noob question but I am a hopeless noob who somehow managed to install arch (no idea how this happened )

Anyway I am trying to watch some videos online in sites like gorillavid or movpod etc. but I cant. I did install stuff like gstreamer, the gnash,ffmpeg  so I can watch videos on youtube but not in gorillavid, movpod, daclips, etc.

I have no clue what to do.

You may need to install flashplugin

gnash will only work with SWF (flash) up to V9 & is hit & miss
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnash/

Until HTML5 fully replaces flash on the web we are all stuck with flash!
