Filesystem errors on usb stick installation

Hello.

I like to have a portable Arch installation on usb stick.
I had no problem to install it on a kingston DT101 G2 8GB with grub2 bootloader, and as i have configure grub2 with UUID, there is no problem to boot on several machines.
But i get frequently filesystem errors and corrupted binaries at most after shutdown/reboot.
I'm thinking that something is going wrong with sync on usb when shutdown.
Systemd shutting down is very fast and maybe some data doesn't be written on usb before machine power off.

Any option?

Thank you.
