intel graphics hd 4000 KDE support
Hi,
Sorry if its a bit offtopic but im planning to buy laptop which has ivy bridge intel hd 4000 gpu. I am wondering how well its drivers work with kde specifically, is desktop with compositing on smooth, also is blur working fine, seeing all those bugs:

If you are using kde with intel gpu, can you tell what are the problems with it, i have owned nvidia only and it worked fine with kde. Also does new drivers or xorg releases tend to break something?

n o issues here smooth as silk but i am using kde 4.10

Im glad to hear that, was it as good with kde 4.9? Also did you ever had regressions after you updated xorg, intel drivers or mesa or something like that? Btw you use regular gl or gles?
