Grub2 resolution and refresh rate

Is it possible to set a refresh rate in grub / grub 2 ?
I've set the resolution easy enough, but I need 75hz refresh instead of default 60hz or else it defaults to a lower resolution.

ie need 1024x768@75hz

Re: Grub2 resolution and refresh rate

Have you tried to set "1024x768@75" as GRUB gfxmode? Not really sure it will work, but worth a try.

Re: Grub2 resolution and refresh rate

I tried. But for some reason I notice that it's still not working correctly.

Further more.. How can I verify that the resolution and refresh rate is actually working?

I had a play around with grub's command line

vbeinfo
vbetest

...but had no luck.
