Yesterday i decided to update Firefox from testing. I am using Firefox and Firefox-i18n-el. After upgrading, Firefox's interface switched to english. Of course downgrading solves the issue. Anyone else has this problem?

German localisation doesn't work either.

firefox 18 uses networkmanager now for localization instead of the old iwconfig. i guess you guys are not using networkmanager.
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Yep, that was what I meant. But the problem is gone for me. Since I tried a few things (changing KDE's systemsettings concerning my language back and forth, pacman -Syu...) I can't tell exactly what fixed it. It's back in my native language and that counts

My german language pack didn't work either. I disabled it, restartet FF, enabled it and after the next restart FF was in my native language.

Doesn't seem to be a packaging issue. The language packs show up fine in about:addons.
Langpack works after disabling and enabling it once, then restarting Firefox.
Changing autoDisableScopes does nothing.
Affects fresh profiles.

This may be a little off-topic since I am not using [testing], but I can confirm this to happen also for Italian with the updated firefox packages (18.0-1) provided by the [extra] repository.

Thank you, that did the trick!

Should be fixed in 18.0-2.

Fixed for me.
@TemplarGR: could you mark this thread as [SOLVED] if it is fixed for you too?
