specifying password when connecting with wicd-cli

how do you enter the password when using wicd-cli to connect to a wpa network from the command line? thanks.

i've been searching and cannot find any information on this.

Unless you're trying to use wicd in a script, you could use wicd-curses for a ncurses interface to join networks.

If you need to access it from a script, I'm not sure.

And the man page is sure helpful. /s

I don't think you do. wicd-cli uses profiles, within which would be your key.
