I had to downgrade back to 1.3.5-3 because I kept seeing this error on a torrent tracker:
Tracker status: the_tracker's_name: Error: Banned or out of date client.
If I check out the Help - About screen from Deluge 1.3.5-4 (the latest build right now, from the [extra] repository), it says:
Client: 1.3.5-dev
libtorrent: 0.16.3.0
When the previous package (1.3.5-3 - the one that I downgraded to), says:
Client: 1.3.5
libtorrent: 0.16.3.0
The tracker rejected the "-dev" build, even if it's still the same version (Deluge 1.3.5), while other trackers seem to accept it just fine with a "Announce OK" message.
Should I file a bug report?
I have made a personal commitment not to reply in topics that start with a lowercase letter. Proper grammar and punctuation is a sign of respect, and if you do not show any, you will NOT receive any help (at least not from me).

So it's not a bug then?

It was a (shameless) attempt to bump it up. Yeah, yeah, bumping is not allowed... I know.
Screw it. I'm filing a bug report. It will probably get better attention than here anyway.
