Enabling DVI in the ASUS P8H77 motherboard

Preparing to buy a new monitor, I am currently testing the video outputs of my ASUS P8H77-V motherboard using the integrated intel i915 graphics. Running the arch stock kernel, the VGA and HDMI connectors work out of the box but DVI is left without any signal. It also has a DisplayPort which I lack the hardware to test. "journalctl | grep dvi" brings up nothing, but so does also grepping for hdmi, which is working flawlessly.

The Ethernet module of this board needs a driver from the compat-wireless project. Perhaps, enabling DVI also needs a special module. A google search for such a thing did not leave me with anything helpful. Does anyone have experience with a motherboard of this type? I would be glad to be pointed in the right direction.
