keyboard map = us altgr-intl for console ?

Where can I find for the console a keyboard map equivalent to us altgr-intl dead keys in Xorg.
Don't answer us.acentos.map.gz it isn't the correct map.
I want a c-cedilla (Ç) by the combination of <AltGr> + <,> and an O-slash  (Ø) by < AltGr>+<L>.
NB: in X mode my keyboard is already in us altgr-intl (even in a terminal) but impossible to find how to set it in console mode.
