[SOLVED] External HD suddenly mounted differently

Hi,
I'm on a fully updated Arch_64/KDE system.
I regularly backup my (many) photos to an external USB HD using a simple bash script.
A few days ago, the script stopped working.
Looking into /etc/mtab I found that suddenly the USB HD was mounted differently:

* Before it was mounted at:                     /media/<HD_Label>
* Now it's mounted at:                             /run/media/<user>/<HD_Label>

Can somebody explain that change and what caused it?

Thanks

KDE switched from udisks to udisks2 , check usr/share/gtk-doc/html/udisks2/ for details about udisks2 .

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

(A works at time B)  && (time C > time B ) ≠  (A works at time C)

"Mysteries" aren't documented in the wiki and in numerous threads here. Please make an effort to search before you post here; that is why the community provides the documentation...
