I have a problem about IDT in head.s

I read the file head.s,I find we can write
interrupt routine in protected-mode by ourself,even if
hardware interrupt,such as 08h-10h,so I have a
problem,how to respond hardware interrupt,look
like clock,keyboard,etc?
Where are these interrupt routine?
