Hey there. I got a problem getting audio working over HDMI using DisplayPort on my MacBook7,1 which I boot via
rEFInd in EFI mode. The laptop has Nvidia GeForce 320M (NV50) with MCP89 High Definition Audio which, according
to the nouveau support matrix, works with the nouveau driver. I'm using PulseAudio and it outputs several HDMI profiles
but none that actually work. Here's a list of the profiles made by "aplay -L":

When running the command "aplay --device=hdmi:CARD=NVidia,DEV=0 /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav"
including DEV=1 and DEV=2 I get the error "aplay: set_params:1108: Channels count non available", if that tells you
anything. Also there's the output from alsa-info.sh:

If anyone can shed some light over this situation I'd appreciate it..

Did you ever get this to work? If so, how?
