Hi all!
I recently installed Arch on my multimedia-machine, and I would like to use it's soundcard, an M-Audio Audiophile 2496, for recording. Playback is working, but for recording I think I need "envy24control" which is included in the "alsa-tools" package, as described here in the wiki.
But if I try to install:
[root@PhenomX4 ko]# pacman -S alsa-tools
error: target not found: alsa-toolsSo what happend to alsa-tools, and is there another way to get envy24control working?
Thanks for your help!

Kobussie,
alsa-tools is in the AUR:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/alsa-tools/
You can use yaourt or similar to install.

Thanks!
That's a very fast answer indeed! I'll try the AUR tomorrow.
Installed from the AUR.
