Gnome apps crashing

Hi

I was browsing though the gnome themes when gnome-theme-manager suddenly crashed. Now I am not able to open the theme-manager or anything else gnome related. Every time I rightclick on the gnome panel - it crashes. The same goes for search for files, log out, nautilus and so on. I think the theme that I am stuck with is buggy. How can I change the theme manually? Which file do I edit?

Thank you.

By the way the theme is pretty ugly - so please help wink

Re: Gnome apps crashing

Edit this file:

~/.gconf/desktop/gnome/interface/%gconf.xml

Re: Gnome apps crashing

That didn't help. I deleted the theme entries but the faulty theme presisted. But I did give me an idea  big_smile I just deleted the theme from the .theme directory and voila. Thank you anyways
