Postfix 451 4.3.0 temporary lookup failure

Hello, I just installed and configured Postfix (I think correctly), but when you send an email I get this error (Postfix 451 4.3.0 temporary lookup failure). Do not find out the problem. What is the solution? many Thanks

I Ihink Postfix cant read your user database, which results in this failure.

Is a very good setup, try this or give us a lot more information about your problem.
