As ibus has been intergrated in gnome 3.8, it is start automaticlly. This cause that other input method(like fcitx) could not start normally. One had to kill ibus manually, or remove ibus. However, if ibus is removed, the gnome control center refused to work.
What should I do to disable ibus instead of remove it?
