After upgrading to rhythmbox 2.99.1-1 (and installing new gstreamer plugins 1.0.6-1) it segfaults whenever rhythmbox advances to next song or you double-click a different song.
Previous 2.98.4 doesnt seem to have this problem. Not sure if its a rhythmbox, gstreamer, or my setup.
Anyone else having the problem.

Have the same issue.
Looks like there is a bug opened for this on https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/34898

Unfortunately, I filed that bug but the problem there was that the required version of gstreamer plugs went from 0.10 to 1.0. That was the issue with that.
I requested that it be closed due to my ignorance in not doing a better job of reviewing the optional dependancies. Different problem, unfortunately.
Not sure if this is an upstream issue or not. I couldnt find anything elsewhere. I, however, am happy that others (at least 1) are having the issue. Perhaps I'll debug it and post the backtrace on this, unless someone has an idea.

Not sure if this will do the trick for you, but I get rid this error by disabling replay-gain plugin. Maybe trying to run "rhythmbox --disable-plugins" will help solving the issue.
Otherwise, using "rhythmbox -d" gived me more information than the stack trace

Disabling replaygain fixed the crashing problem. FIgures, it was the only plugin I used. LOL
