ck patches and CPU usage accounting

This has been bothering me for a long time. With ck patches I can't really rely on cpu usage monitor. For example, the graphs below show exacly the same single threaded task on mainline kernel and with ck patches. Is this well known issue with cpu usage accounting or some scheduler voodo;) ?
