Missing /dec/rtc and clock going to 2057

Hi,
Today after a reboot I saw during boot  a messagge like
drivers/rtc/hctosys.c: unable to open rtc device (rtc0)

After I logged in i noticed the clock has gone to 2057.
I try a reboot but it's the same

I have to stop ntpd, manually use ntpdate and the start ntpd again

I don't have a /dev/rtc*
