Music lags [Gstreamer issue]

I have a problem with music playing.

Music files lag during playing. There is no problems with system sounds , but *.mp3 and *.ogg files are played with lag using any player (clementine, amarok, mplayer, etc.) On the other hand, streaming radio works good.

This also is not connected with library scan: play lags after library was updated as well.

Are there any suggestions on troubleshooting? Log files, config files? Wiki article is pretty useless in my case.
