I can not update the system - libjpeg-turbo problem

The error:

I had the same problem. Apparently, libjpeg-turbo will replace turbojpeg:

How can this be resolved in the meantime? Is it safe to remove turbojpeg with -Rdd and then upgrade?

If these files are indeed owned by turbojpeg, yes.
