Kernel panic with 3.9.3-1 on HP dv6 laptop

I've run into a little problem with my laptop, and I am unsure how I can track down the reason.
The first thing I did was downgrade my kernel, and the laptop starts again.

The following is a photo I made of the screen showing the panic I get.

This is the first time I have had to deal with this kind of error, so I'm a little unsure what data is needed to track this one down.
Please let me know what details I can provide.

The installation is 64bit with UEFI and booting using refind.
