Strange Problem with Windows in Gnome 3.8

I don't know how to describe this problem. When I run Alt+F2, or Super+T to use Translation extension I see some kind of transparency in the new window, just like you can see in the screenshot.

ewaller, sorry about the picture. I don't know if it's the same problem there.

when I have this issue, i just run alt+f2 "r" and everything works fine, but If i press alt+f2 a couple of times then I see the picture you see in my previous post.

There's nothing in journalctl to post here, usual errors and warnings.

No worries.   I agree, it does not seem to be the same problem.  Restarting the shell has no effect on the other; it is always that way.
