Hm… yeah, so you have a "RTS5209 PCI Express Card Reader", I don't know a fix to this problem, but it's documented here and there is a thread in the german archlinux forum, but it's basically the same as this thread (guy asks why his card isn't working, I link at the bugzilla).

A few gentoo users have had similar problems. They worked around it by compiling the out-of-kernel rts_bpp driver. Maybe it's in AUR, check that. Otherwise you'll have to compile it manually. Which isn't easy, because the driver needs patching for the latest kernels.

and it does that sometimes too, but usually taking the sd card out and putting it in again works. I had used rts_bpp but not since 3.8 or so when a driver got in the kernel.
