Reinstall VMWare after /usr/ move

hi all.
after breaking my system (and save it using liveCD and pacman -Ur I'm trying to reinstall vmware-workstation (as the wiki say). but the modules won't compile, couse:

 Failed to setup build environment. 

any ideas?
