kvm-intel module broken after kernel upgrade 3.8.11-1 -> 3.9.4-1

Hey guys,

since todays update kvm is no longer working on my pretty old intel CPU.

I'm getting the usual from "qemu -enable-kvm":

KVM: entry failed, hardware error 0x80000021

A downgrade to 3.8.11-1 made it work again.

I load the module as followed:

modprobe kvm-intel emulate_invalid_guest_state=0

Anyone having the same issue?
