clamav enable milter?

Recently I tried to setup milter for clamav. But I found that the official package is compiled without "--enable-milter". So there is only man page, without bin file and conf file. This is a great feature from clamav to scan emails from e.g. postfix. Is there any particular reason that this feature is not enabled?

I've recompiled with --enable-milter and it's working pretty well.
