Hi!
After the last update (Pacman -Syu) flash videos in youtube and related web pages doesn't work for me, neither in Opera, Firefox, Chromium. I reinstalled the flashplugin, now the videos can be played, but there is no sound except in Google Chrome, however the sound is pitched, human voices sounds like people who inspired helium gas. Same with radio channels, that are played in flash. What can be the problem?

I think Chrome doesn't use flashplugin - Chromium does.
I can offer only general advice: search the forums, as I recall somebody talking about the high-[pitched voice already.
See if https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ch … pper-Flash is of any help.
Edit: I found only https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=163908 and https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=160605 which probably is a different issue.

Right now I heard strange sounds from my speaker - like in some sci-fi movies, it really resembled me sounds form the movie Alien (1977) - but I didn't play anything, nor any audio related programs were running. I run Htop, and I realized that a pulsaudio process were running. I stopped it with "pulseaudio -k" and the strange sound suddenly stopped. Then I started my Chromium browser, and now the flash videos plays fine with sound too. So I think my problem is caused by pulseaudio.

Do you have pulseaudio-alsa? It is just an asound.conf that enables alsa only programs to work with pulseaudio. Flash is one of those offending programs.
I cannot comment on Alien sounds though... have you configured pulseaudio in any way?

I'm experiencing the same issue as well with chromium + pepper flash AUR + pulseaudio. If I disable pulse sound sounds great but if I enable pulse again sound has static/crackling noise...
I have puseaudio-alsa installed along with alsa-plugins + pulse plugin.
