Question re migrating from i686 to x86_64 architecture

I want to migrate a machine sometime to 64 bit. Looking at the wiki, method 1 reads straight forward and preferable to me in this case: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mi … rch_LiveCD

The install has a separate /boot with grub, which I will mount at /mnt/boot and of course take care of all pacman -U installs.

Trying to plan ahead here, so I had a brief search in the bbs, but did not see recent threads relating to the migration procedure.
Does someone have an indication about anticipated hickups using that method (e.g. relating to the /bin move or whatever)?
