(PulseAudio, Alsa) Making Skype work breaks SpoKify

When /etc/pulse/default.pa is set that way:

load-module module-udev-detect

SpoKify works fine but Skype can't make any sound. It's there in kMix to see it's trying (I'm not using KDE but E17 with KDE services on) but nothing can actually be heard; except once when it made some random sounds (like broken radio) so I thought it's something related to this PulseAudio's issue I found out about by reading Wiki... and I was right as changing the file to:

load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0

made Skype to work. Unfortunately, now I can't use SpoKify - I can hear music but with "glitches, skips or crackling". So... I have to pick what I want to use and reboot PulseAudio, close one application, open another... any ideas on how to set it up right?
