root being re-mounted

Is it normal for root to be remounted like I have here:

jason-laptop% sudo dmesg | grep mount
[ 3.082237] EXT4-fs (sda4): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: (null)
[ 4.310310] systemd[1]: Starting Arbitrary Executable File Formats File System Automount Point.
[ 4.310880] systemd[1]: Set up automount Arbitrary Executable File Formats File System Automount Point.
[ 4.404494] systemd[1]: Starting Remount Root and Kernel File Systems...
[ 5.072801] EXT4-fs (sda4): re-mounted. Opts: data=ordered
[ 37.231293] EXT4-fs (sda4): re-mounted. Opts: data=ordered,commit=0

I have read this:

But haven't been able to make a conclusion myself
