pcsx2 display problem - incorrect sRGB, ELF does not have a path

I don't really know what's going on - runing official pcsx2 repo for i686 architecture.

Few problems noticed:

[wx] iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
HLE Notice: ELF does not have a path.

EE/iR5900-32 Recompiler Reset
        Bios Found: Europe  v02.00(14/06/2004)  Console
        BIOS rom1 module not found, skipping...
        BIOS rom2 module not found, skipping...
        BIOS erom module not found, skipping...

I've tried removing nvidia package with dependencies and installing it again, and same thing occured.
