[Python] RuntimeWarning: tp_compare didn't return -1 or -2

/usr/lib/python2.7/threading.py:1158: RuntimeWarning: tp_compare didn't return -1 or -2 for exception
  return _active[_get_ident()]

This error occurs when the application shuts down, but only once per 5 or 10 (approximately) runs.

What is this and how can I "fix" it?

Disappeared after increasing threads join timeout. I guess this can be closed.

Closing the thread is silly, mark it as solved instead.
