Why the skype is not in the Arch source??

I want to use the skype in arch,but i can not to make it.So i want to know in the Arch source why not have the skype package.

I know it's in Community. Just add it to your pacman.conf (in fact, IIRC, it's already there, you just need to uncomment it) and you're ready to go.
