It's criminally impossible to find any help with bluetoothctl using search engines, so I'll have to make a thread. The output speaks for itself:

I should mention the Motorola headset requires a pin (0000) that bluetoothctl is not asking for. When I tried bluez4, it did ask for the pin, but then reported an authentication failure.
