[Solved]My HD5850 won't go over UVD clockspeed.

I'm currently running Sapphire Xtreme HD5850 with the radeon driver, with 3.10.3 kernel and mesa 9.1.5. When I set my gpu profile to "high", the max clockspeed it will attain is only 400Mhz Core/900Mhz Memory, rather than 725Mhz/1000Mhz. I don't have any flash or videos running.

Here's the output when I enter "cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/radeon_pm_info" @ high profile

default engine clock: 400000 kHz
current engine clock: 399990 kHz
default memory clock: 900000 kHz
current memory clock: 900000 kHz
voltage: 1088 mV
PCIE lanes: 16

Any idea why the clockspeed cannot get any higher?

*Installed 3.11-rc and mesa-git (9.2) and the clockspeed went back up to 725Mhz/1000Mhz.
