WACOM Turn off touch breaks keypad.

I have a Wacom pen & touch, and I have just switched the machine from Debian Wheezy which was working fine. Now on Arch if I disable the touch function it also turns off the keypad buttons.

This command should just turn off touch, but it turns off all 4 of the pad buttons.
xsetwacom set "Wacom Bamboo 2FG 6x8 Finger touch" touch off

Running the command again with touch on re-enables the buttons. Everything works fine until I disable touch, I have had a look and the parameters seem the same from the Debian version but I could be wrong. Is there some new functionallity or is it just broken?
