If you would, post the output of lspci -nn and of ip link

Okay, the 10:1f:74 MAC address of enp0s25 is the HP device. I have no experience with this class of device, but as it has the look and feel of an Ethernet interface, what happens if you try to put it up:
ip link set enp0s25 up
Otherwise, it appears that the driver is loading. You can check your kernel modules with lsmod

the enp0s25 is the ethernet inferface.
it' s also hp.
the mobile interface is enp0s26u1u2i6
I try
ip link set enp0s25u1u2i6 up
and don't show errors but the situation don't change ![]()
i think the module is
cdc_ncm
integrated in the kernel and it is load.
maybe i'm wrong

I am sorry this shouldn't be of your concern but I need a little help
I see you have finger print sensor
138a:003c Validity Sensors, Inc. VFS471 Fingerprint Reader
do you have a software or driver for that?
Thanks

I am sorry this shouldn't be of your concern but I need a little help
Then open a new topic about your problem. Don't hijack a two year old thread about an unrelated topic.
