[solved]Mouse stops working after replugging powercord

Hey Folks,

recently i've noticed that my external mouse stops working, after I unplug and then replug the power
of my macbook 7,1.
To fix this issue temporerely i can un-/replug the mouse, so its working again. But this is not really elegant...
The touchpad by the way is working without any problems...

I would be very greatful, if someone could help with this issue!

is this what happenes :

macbook starts on ac power - mouse works
switch to battery - mouse still works
switch back to ac power - mouse stops working

If so, what behaviour do you get if the laptop boots on battery power and you switch to ac power ?

what brand and model is your mouse ?

do you use laptop-mode-tools or other power management programs ?

You're right, this is exactly what happens.

When i boot on battery power, the mouse keeps working when i plug in the power cable.
But when i unplug the power and then replug it, the mouse still fails.

The mouse is a Logitech M-U0007, i think it's known as the M500.

About the power management programs: It's quite a while, since i've installed the laptop.
But yes, laptop-mode-tools are installed. Also i don't know if/how i use it...

Edit:
Tried out an old Logitech MX Revolution, and it behaved just the same.
Then i tried out a Cherry Keyboard. With this piece of hardware everything works smooth!
Don't know wether this helps at all....

Edit²: Thanks for the Laptop Mode Tools - Hint. I added usbhid and usb-storage (just in case) just as it was suggested to
my .conf file, so that these devices shouldn't be autosuspended.

And now it works. Also this still seems odd to me... Why should replugging a power cable suspend an usb-device...
