[solved] KDE NetworkManager: View, but not Connect

Hello,

I want to connect to my network using the kde network manager rather than using the CLI. Now I am able to view the networks but not connect to them. When I connect to my network, it does not connect, and it doesn't give any error.

I installed the networkmanager and kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement and  enabled them. I disabled netctl. I still can't get it to work. Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same issue, I had it set up a while ago when I first installed Arch but I cannot remember what I did.

HAHAHA!!! Great news, I forgot you need to do this...

# systemctl stop dhcpcd.service
# systemctl disable dhcpcd.service

Then...

# systemctl enable NetworkManager
# systemctl start NetworkManager

Hope this is the same issue, let me know if this helped!
