USB 3 (uPD720202) only detects devices at boot time.

i have a HP Microserver with installed this PCI-E Card

the output of
lspci | grep "USB 3.0"

02:00.0 USB controller: Renesas Technology Corp. uPD720202 USB 3.0 Host Controller (rev 02)
