Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

I've tried to reinstall keyring and init/refresh keys etc...

Is seems that --refresh-keys does not work for me

arch5 ~ # pacman-key --refresh-keys

How the hell do you know which one of the 80 packages corresponds to a certain signature? I had to filter them out with # pacman --ignore <package> one by one...
