[wiki] - Cyberpower UPS

Hi,

I just created a wiki entry for the CyberPower UPS (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Cyberpower_ups).
The original install is for rc.d based systems and my editing of the original files seems to work well.
Though, I am very inexperienced with wiki writing so wouldn't mind someone going over it.
The whole process mostly is about editing the scripts and re purposing them for systemd.

I need to rename the titles to CyberPower UPS, instead of Cyberpower ups.
