belnet.be mirror frozen?

Hi,

For the last month or so pacman -Syu did nothing, since apparently the mirror I was using (ftp.belnet.be) was not syncing with the prime Arch server. I verified this by manually editing the relevant files in /etc/pacman.d to use another mirror and got about 80 Mb worth of upgrades! 

Wonder if I am making a mistake somewhere as well.
