Razer Edge

I am trying to install Arch Linux on the Razer Edge tablet (link below), but have run into some problems. The screen is rotated 180 degrees. After grub loader, the screen rotates. I have tried other distros and I get the same results. I am not sure what is causing it, but it's awkward to navigate until I rotate the screen back. The problem is that the touch screen doesn't automatically orientate with the screen, so when I touch the top left, the mouse is on the bottom right. (The solution for now is to rotate the screen in the display settings and its fine, but the boot up process is still inverted)

The second problem that I am having is the touch screen. If I use single point touch, everything works, but after I use 2 or more points for touch, then all touches after that become just a movement and not a click. No matter how many times I touch for click, it wont actually click.

Any suggestions on what the problems could be and possible solutions? The screen isn't that big of a deal, but the touch problem really makes it hard to use tablet after it starts acting up.

Thanks,

Re: Razer Edge

For your rotation issue, maybe try something like fbcon=rotate:2 in your kernel parameters
https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/fb/fbcon.txt
