When I was updating kde yesterday my laptop froze. I switched it on again and deleted the lock file for pacman.
I did a obligatory pacman -Syu and everything went fine except for

Any suggestions on how to fix that?

Check which packages those files belong to, and re-install them.
An alternative would be to check /var/log/pacman.log to see which packages were in the crashed upgrade, and reinstall all of them.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
